An Post have been pretty good for me – I think the only problem that I’ve seen recently was a couple of delivery notes arriving after the item had been sent back. We registered our displeasure, and they guy on the desk seemed to suggest it had been traced to a known-bad post van driver, and the problem was to be sorted. No problems since.
Plenty of problems with couriers though – they seem to be a right shower.
My experience with Komplett is less good than my experience with An Post, though it isn’t too bad.

to be honest, since I got a job that involved an office, I’ve been getting stuff delivered there; its a lot more reliable. Not a single delivery note, considering there’s a full-time receptionist on the front desk at all times ;)
